5 ways to create subject lines from MrBeast
this is not a joke, really did
Total read time: 2 minutes
Good Morning Newsie,
You read that right! I learned to create email subject lines from the king of Youtube…Mr.Beast.
And today I want to break down the 5 ways you can learn this for your own emails.
1) Numbers: You probably noticed some of my subject lines contained a number at the start. It’s not by accident either. Readers like numbers and Mr.Beast knows this all too well. Check his Youtube library below. Almost all his latest videos have numbers. So use numbers in your subject lines.

2) Average 5 words: Keep it short your subject lines, at most 5 or fewer words. The fewer the better, and this will help also on mobile where most of the time the subject line gets cut. The average amount of words Mr.Beast uses in his titles is about 5-6 words short and to the point.
3) Simple: Keep it simple, Mr.Beast’s Youtube titles are dead simple, and the fun fact is most of them are 5th-grade reading level. That is so important to him you know why? Because most of his viewers are young kids who watch him, so he needs it to be simple enough for them to understand.
4) Use “I”: Use I in front of your subject lines. “I made $3000 from selling courses” Doing this will tell your subscriber you are telling a story, of how YOU did it and how you can help them too. Buzzfeed does this well with its titles and Youtube videos.

5) Get to the point: In your subject lines them what the email is going to be about. Look at all MrBeast titles, they tell the person what the video is about already he does not need to clickbait or anything he just tells you straight out. And that is how you should be with your email subject lines.

🧠 Steal from the Internet
An Eye-Opening Conversation with Podcast Legend Tim Ferriss: You have to watch this great interview with Colin and Samir where they got to interview Tim freaking Ferriss. Does not matter if you're a Youtuber, Tiktoker, Podcaster, or Newsie nerd. You need to watch this interview. My favorite part is when he is talking about ads and what makes a good ad partner.
