When is the best time to send your newsletter?

This question is asked a lot when beginners start a newsletter.

I choose Saturday’s 10:01 AM EST because I knew I could deliver a newsie issue every week.

And because in my inbox (for me that is) I did not get a lot of emails on Saturday.

So I thought maybe others are the same.

Just like how I notice not a lot of people send out newsletters in the evening. (That might be a sign to send maybe in the evenings)

You could look at all the data provided by ESP’s (Email service providers) to see what other newsletters are doing.

But at the end of the day it’s about when you can deliver the newsie to your subscribers.

Your subscribers will come to expect a newsletter every week at the same day and time but you need to build that habit.
