What day and time should I send out my newsletter?

I started to get this question a couple of times, in my Twitter DMs. And the answer is it all depends…

You have so many factors to consider when deciding what day and time you should send out your newsletter to your subscribers.

• Industry

• Holidays

• Workdays

• TimeZones

• Consistency

For example, if you have a B2B newsletter, then you will want to send M to F and not on the weekends…why? The audience you are after (business) professionals are usually checking their email during the week.

But at the end of the day, you can do all the research… the most important factor is your time. And when you will be able to deliver the newsletter to your subscribers.

FYI: If your newsletter is on Beehiiv, they let you know when and what time your subscribers are more engaged.
